When they launched the new Epic The design inspiration comes from the letter X, which symbolizes the unknown, mysterious and attractive things, which was also the energy of the brand at that time. The Epic The Epic X Skeleton thus bridges the interior with the exterior, the movement with the 44mm case. The X shape starts from the lugs, continues to the vertical bridges of the movement, and ends at the other pair of lugs. Transparency, structure, innovation, three of Jacob & Co.’s design principles come together in Epic X Skeleton.
The Epic X Skeleton integrates case and movement. Designing the Epic X Skeleton requires a different mindset, where everything is ruled by the X while letting the light in. The four lugs on the Epic X Skeleton are unique. Their shape, slope, and edges are true Epic X Skeleton hallmarks. They are a continuation of the exclusive skeleton movement. It is structured around two vertical bridges and a large number of voids.
