To set up your Comcast (Xfinity) email account for the first time, follow these steps:

    1. Create an Xfinity Email Account (if you haven’t already)
Log in to Xfinity My Account: Go to Xfinity’s website https://www.honor.com/globalgm/club/topicdetail/topicid-3624046258520065/ and log in using your Xfinity ID and password.
Access Email Settings: Once logged in, click the “Email” icon or go to the “Account” section to set up your email.
Create Email Address: If you don’t have a Comcast email address yet, you’ll be prompted to create one. Choose an email handle (username) and domain (e.g., @comcast.net).
    2. Access Your Email via Web
After creating your email, you can check your inbox by visiting Xfinity Connect or using the Xfinity My Account app.
Log in with your Xfinity credentials to start sending and receiving emails.
    3. Set Up Your Email on a Desktop or Mobile App
If you want to use an email client (like Outlook, Thunderbird, or a phone app), follow these steps:

    a. Email Settings for Desktop/Mobile Apps
You’ll need these settings to set up your Comcast email on external apps:

    Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3):
    IMAP (recommended):
    Server: imap.comcast.net
    Port: 993
    Encryption: SSL/TLS
    POP3:
    Server: mail.comcast.net
    Port: 995
    Encryption: SSL/TLS
    Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
    Server: smtp.comcast.net
    Port: 465 or 587
    Encryption: SSL/TLS
Authentication required for outgoing server (use same username and password as incoming server)
    b. On Outlook or Other Clients (Desktop/Mobile)
Open your email client and go to “Add Account” or “Account Settings.”
Choose to set up a new IMAP or POP account.
Enter your Comcast email address and the server settings mentioned above.
Enter your Xfinity username and password.
Choose SSL/TLS for encryption, save settings, and test.
Once this is done, you should be able to access your Comcast emails both from your preferred email client and through the Xfinity web portal.
