Fans haven’t seen the last of Colleen Hoover’s work in movie theaters. A movie based on the best-selling author’s novel “Reminders of Him” is on the way from Universal Pictures, the studio confirmed to USA TODAY on Tuesday. Published in 2022, the book centers on Kenna Rowan, who hopes to reunite with her 4-year-old daughter after serving five years in prison. “The only person who hasn’t closed the door on her completely is Ledger Ward, a local bar owner and one of the few remaining links to Kenna’s daughter,” per the synopsis. “But if anyone were to discover how Ledger is slowly becoming an important part of Kenna’s life, both would risk losing the trust of everyone important to them.”
